Leadership & Family Legacy
The Babylon Invest story is above all a family story. It is the Sefrioui family who originally laid the foundations of what would become one of Morocco's leading luxury hotel references — with the creation of Riad Fès, whose identity owes much to the deep involvement of Rizlane's parents and brother, essential actors in the birth of the establishment.
A graduate of ESSEC Business School, Rizlane Sefrioui first built her own international career — at Ernst & Young and then within the marketing teams of L'Oréal in Paris — before returning to her entrepreneurial roots. She launched innovative restaurant concepts in Morocco, blending cultural identity, contemporary design and culinary excellence.
It is with this background — international, entrepreneurial and deeply rooted in family heritage — that she joined and then took the helm of Babylon Invest, to write the next chapter of a family hotel saga oriented towards excellence and global openness.
